Christina N. Kostenko is a local native of Beckley, West Virginia. Mrs. Kostenko attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia and earned her Business Degree in Marketing. Mrs. Kostenko then attended Appalachia School of Law in Grundy, Virginia where she earned her Juris Master and Juris Doctor Degrees.
